Moving towards owning a domain

I could have said, I was there when it all started. Well, almost there.

I started blogging in 2003, back then, the blogging community was much smaller, and bloggers know each other. It was easier to generate traffic and attract attention. Even Jeff Ooi responded before to one of my earlier posts.

Now, blogging is as normal as owning a credit card, and managing a successful blog is considered a talent, if you are as popular as Kenny Sia or Jeff Ooi. And this thing with GoogleAdsense and Nuffnang has added value to blogging.

I am happy that Warung Ikan Bakar, my blog, is still very much alive, though with only about 10 unique visitors a day, and definitely not a semi-celebrity yet, I think I will be staying long in the blogging scene. Still have lots of fish to grill and things to write about. Things could get more serious.

Now, having a stable job with good income, I am moving on towards owning my own domain and later run my own space. It is going to be a pet project and also an experiment on internet entreprise.

It is going to be FUN!
